Nougat ice cream with cocoa crumble

INGREDIENTS

  • Caramel sauce / hazelnut / chocolate.
  • Choose between: nougat ice cream (008253), chocolate (008251), vanilla (008249), strawberry (008250), cream (008252), salted caramel (008258), almond (008255), violets (001429), biscuit (008256).
  • Redcurrants / strawberries / raspberries.
  • Combine with: cocoa crumble / biscuit.
  • Optional: popping candy / chocolate.

METHOD

  • Cover the base of the plate with cocoa crumble and chocolate popping candy.
  • Add the scoop of ice cream.
  • Decorate with sauce.
  • Add redcurrants around the ice cream.
