Macaron with toffee mousse

INGREDIENTS

  • Macaron Ice cream (007226).
  • Toffee mousse.
  • Toffee sauce.
  • Crumble.
  • Popping Candy.

METHOD

  • Put the toffee sauce on the plate.
  • Dip one side of the macaron in the crumble and popping candy.
  • Place in a vertical position on the plate.
  • Decorate with toffee mousse.
