Macaron with pistachio praline

INGREDIENTS

  • Macaron Ice cream (007226).
  • Vanilla ice cream (008249).
  • Chocolate sauce.
  • Pistachio praline.
  • Pistachio pieces.
  • Raspberry crumble.
  • Chocolate popping candy.
  • Yoghurt mousse.

METHOD

  • Place some pistachio praline on the plate.
  • Decorate with the yoghurt flavoured mousse.
  • Place the macaron in the middle of the plate and decorate the top with chocolate sauce.
  • Spread the raspberry crumble, chocolate popping candy and pistachio pieces across the plate.
  • Place a ball of vanilla ice cream on top of the macaron.
