Fruit salad with mandarin sorbet
INGREDIENTS
- Chocolate sauce / hazelnut / caramel.
- Choose between the following sorbets: mandarin (009597) / raspberry (009598) / blackberry (009573) / lemon (009596) / pineapple (009574) / passion fruit (008046) / mango (009599) / green apple (000086).
- Redcurrants, strawberries, melon, watermelon, blackberry, kiwi, raspberries.
- Combine with: crumble / cocoa / raspberries.
METHOD
- Decorate the base of the plate with crumble.
- Add a scoop of ice cream.
- Place the selected fruits around the plate.
- Add the sauce next to the ice cream.
