It was founded in 1940 on the Balearic island of Menorca.

Menorquina was born and developed in Menorca.
Menorquina was born in the blue and white island of Menorca. Our first master recipies were created in a small artisan factory producing ice cream, pastry, sweets and chocolates.
50 years later, we are still using our original recipies and our constantly improved know- how to make ice creams with the same care and pride as when our Company was first founded.
