GRUPO KALISE MENORQUINA, S.A’s main objective is to provide products and services to its customers in accordance with established requirements and specifications, by continuously improving the quality, productivity and competitiveness of the company.
GRUPO KALISE MENORQUINA, S.A. not only cares for its customers. One of the company’s aims is to attend to the consumers’ demands for quality.
In order to develop the quality policy, Management has created a Quality Manual, relating to all members of the organisation, for each function, commercial, technical, production and administration, for every subject directly or indirectly linked with the
quality of products or services provided.
The Manual’s goals are the following:
1. Introduction and maintenance of a quality system based on the internationally accepted norm UNEENISO 9001:2000, and its subsequent modifications.
2. Improvement of processes and quality systems by means of audits and prevention and corrective actions.
3. Reach the quality and productivity levels established every year through the corresponding follow-up systems, as set out in the Minutes of the Quality Committee, approved by General Manager and made known to all the managers and heads of departments and/ or sections concerned.
4. Fulfilment of the environmental control regulations and especially those concerning solid residue disposal, sewage treatment, environmental noise control and reduction of energy consumption.
5. The continuous professional training of each and every member of GKM ’s personnel, as foundation for the quality of our products and a guarantee for the future.
The department and section chiefs must know deeply the content of this manual, in all aspects that affect their area of action and responsibility and to impulse and direct its application.
